Nearly a Decade of Complex Family Law

"My goal in every case is the same: help my clients move forward in their next chapter based on favorable terms that actually hold up."

Paige Ryterski started her legal career in 2011 as a paralegal for a highly respected criminal defense attorney in Birmingham, Michigan. Paige then relocated to Chicago and attended law school at UIC Law (formerly known as The John Marshall Law School), where she graduated in 2017. Having had the experience working for one of Chicago's largest and most respected family law firms, Paige gained knowledge and expertise handling complex, high-stakes matters related to divorce, custody, property and asset division, and more.

Paige prides herself on resolving family law disputes with precision and specificity to help assist her clients in transitioning to their next chapter. While Paige wholeheartedly believes the key to a fair settlement is compromise and maintaining realistic expectations, Paige is a fierce advocate when litigation becomes necessary to protect her clients' interests.

Paige is licensed in both Michigan and Illinois and she is an active member of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan (Macomb County Region) and the Oakland County Bar Association.

The Ryterski Law Approach

Family law is rarely just legal. It's deeply personal, often emotionally charged, and the outcomes have lasting consequences. This is how Paige handles every case.

01

Precision Over Generality

Cookie-cutter agreements create future conflict. Every settlement, parenting plan, or support structure Paige drafts is tailored to the specifics of your family, your finances, and your goals — not a template.

02

Honest Expectations

Paige believes a fair settlement requires realistic expectations. That means telling clients what the law actually supports, what a court is likely to do, and what compromise looks like — even when that's not what someone wants to hear.

03

Fierce When It Counts

The preference is always for resolution. But when litigation becomes necessary to protect a client's interests, Paige is a determined advocate in the courtroom. She prepares every case as if it's going before a judge.

What Clients Say

"

Paige Ryterski has been my family law attorney for over 6 years, and I continue to use her because she excels in the three areas I desire for my legal counsel: Results, Cost, and Communication. Paige brought home a victory in every issue presented to the Court. My total legal fees were half of what my ex-wife spent on her attorney — and Paige won on every issue. She is prompt with her responses and clearly provides robust advice on the pros and cons of various courses of action. I am forever grateful for her diligence and guidance through a very stressful process.

Paige is an amazing attorney. The situation I was in was extremely difficult — she had to file an emergency motion to get my daughter back. She informed me this was a shot in the dark and not to get my hopes up. Well, I won that motion, and my daughter was returned to me immediately. I know if it wasn't for her fighting for me I would not have. She cares about the families she represents and fights for them as if it was happening to herself. If you want to win your case, hire Paige. You will not be disappointed.

"

Paige has been my attorney for my child custody and divorce case. I was nervous about needing an attorney for matters that seem so personal, but Paige understood. I felt comfortable talking with her after our first interaction. She was so kind and helpful during a very stressful time. She's compassionate, caring, and responds promptly. She truly understands the specific issues we face as families, and is great at explaining the process while always giving realistic and honest options.
